- I'm a member of the Whitefield chapter of the Weston-Price Foundation, the Jefferson Co-op, and am in the process of creating the Atomic Proof Bakery, which focuses on nutrient-dense baked goods (sprouted wheat flour, lots of butter and eggs, natural wild yeasts).
