Our nearly 200 year old farm produces Icelandic Lamb, Heritage poultry, Hierloom open pollinated vegetables and Herbs. We are not "certified" organic but like to think of our-selves as "beyond organic". All of our animals (poultry and lamb) have been bred and raised on our farm from egg or lamb to plate - directly on pasture.
