Commercial Kitchen Space Needed

My business is growing!  I'm looking for a space with a large sink(s) and stainless tables suitable for sorting and packaging scallops this winter.  Space would be needed twice a week from December through February.  I buy scallops from the Midcoast to Downeast and need a place close to Portland to sort and package them.  I'd be willing to consider a place in the midcoast area as well. Timing of sorting could be very flexible - could come in late at night or early morning hours to work around…See More

Maine Dayboat Scallops at the Portland Food Cooperative

I'm now selling scallops through the Portland Food Cooperative, and introduced quite a few happy customers to the taste sensation of raw FRESH Maine scallops.  Those not so daring opted for scallops sauteed in butter with a dab of cupie mayonaise.  To those of you not familiar with this unctuously amazing condiment: it's Japanese mayonaise and I don't know what they do to it, but it's TASTY!  It's especially tasty with scallops.…See More
