I live up in the Naples area with access to Sebago Lake. I mainly eat at Saint Joe's College as I work there.

I work for a company called Bon Appetit. We run the foodservice at Saint Joseph's College in Satndish. We have a 3 acre farm on campus, with some livestock and a great composting program. We are commiteed to purchasing food locally and supporting small farms and artisians. I am also on the advisory board for Catherines Cupboard a food pantry in Standish that I help start.
