Hi Roger,

I understand. If you send me your email address to mainelyorganic (at) yahoo (dot) com, I will send you the painting of an artist who is willing to sell me the cover rights for $75. I'd like to know what you think of it as a potential cover.

Hi Roger,

I'm looking for a photo to put on the cover of my upcoming book, BRINGING FOOD HOME: THE MAINE EXAMPLE. Is Maine Tday a possibility? Or would you be willing to do one special for the book at not too much expense?

Roger,

I just added an event to the calendar describing our first community apple pressing day. I was hoping that it might be reasonable to send an email annnouncement to all members as well. In general I don't like the idea of clogging peoples mail with ads for farm goods but I think this is a little different in that we are attempting to revive a community service that used to be a significant part of the local food landscape. A service that has pretty much vanished in the last twenty years.

let me know what you think.

If there are any other appropiate venues to let people know about it I would appreciate your help.

Thanks

Roger, I posted this question in the forums but maybe I should ask you directly...when our class visited with you, there was a brief mention of Maine's goals for meeting its own caloric needs, etc. Can you point me toward more info about that? Agency, policy, doucments, web sites or whatever is applicable. Thanks so much!

Hi Roger-

Was it you (& Eat Local Foods) that posted the craigslist ad looking for a web content writer? If yes, I'd be very interested in doing this if the position is still available. I've enjoyed writing for MOFGA and would like to expand beyond the paper.

Please call or email direct:

Just wanted to tell you that we love your bread recipe in Mother Earth News a few months ago. I now make all of our own bread. It couldn't be any easier (or tastier). Love it!

Thank you, The Sherman Family
