Introducing Dino's Greek Deli

Hello everyone,

Today we are proud to introduce new retail offerings from Mother Oven Bakery. As many of you know, Dean was a chef and co-owner of The Kitchen restaurant in Brunswick for many years. Under the label of Dino's Greek Deli, we will be preparing a few of his customers' favorite Greek dishes from the restaurant, including tomato feta and rice soup, stuffed cabbage, and spanakopita. Mother Oven Bakery is located in Bowdoinham, Maine. We specialize in certified organic whole grain breads. All of our breads are sourdough and baked in our wood fired oven. All of our grains and flours are grown on Maine farms.
We also produce a variety of treats and Greek cookies, appetizers, soups and entrees.

My bakery is Mother Oven. We specialize in certified organic whole grain bread. We only use sourdough starter. 100% of our flour comes from Maine farms. To my knowledge we are the only one doing this. I would love to be involved in any discussions on this topic. Also there is an article about us in the February/March Maine Food & Lifestyle magazine and also in the April/May Portland magazine.
