My wife, Sandy, and I own and operate the Stone Turtle Baking & Cooking School in Lyman, Maine. We are equipped with normal household appliances and a "le Panyol" wood-fired oven. We cover a wide range of cooking/baking and specialize in European-style hearth breads. We are members of MOFGA and the York County chapter of MOFGA, Slow Foods and the Bread Bakers Guild of America.
