I've found The Forager's Harvest by Samuel Thayer to be a great resource. It's not specific to Maine, but rather tries to include plants that are fairly ubiquitous.

- I live and fork at the Chewonki Foundation. Though I teach high school students French, i am also actively involved in helping out on our small organic farm. I am passionate about teaching our kids the benefits of locally produced nutritious deliciousness.
