how long have you been making cheese? i've been making yogurt. i've made mozzerella from curds, panir from scratch, labneh( yogurt cheese) and farmhouse cheddar. the cheddar is aging.

How's the creamery? I started working on a goat dairy out here and it's pretty speck-tack. Looking forward to being back in Maine, though..
