Thanks so much for the info. I was able to secure a turkey from Willow Pond Farm in Sebattus. An additional twist to this turkey aquisition was that I needed to find someone who is processing this weeked. And most farms are doing so on the Tues before T-day. Luckily Willow Pond had processed some a week ago and froze them. So my best case senario was pastured, organic but frozen....and I jumped on it. Thanks again, Liz
