Eat Maine Foods!

We'll raise some broilers and Peking ducks for meat and grow tomatoes, carrots, beans, squash, cucumbers, peppers, and herbs in the vegetable garden. We grow blackberries, blueberries, and if we're lucky, cherries and apples.

The rest we'll have to find and buy.

I'm working ever more on a healthy vegan diet-- Nothing against other localized-diets out there, if they will sustain the big economic bubbles which are presently percolating up to the surface, but... May people consider the fact that big ag, worldwide, is experiencing drought? Is a global dust bowl looming out there? Are people taking steps to solve life's problems? I think it was a teen-ager who recently publicized the fact that meat consumption presently tilts the CO2 production scale and if reversed could stop CO2 excesses, completely-- Is it true? Check out the facts.
