100 Mile challenge is 100 days of eating/ cooking with things grown / produced within 100 miles of your door. It is also a show following 3 families that try to complete challenge

We have made a point of eating local for a few years. We are at about 80% now, I think.
For a short-term 'challenge' it would be easy.
This objective seems preferable to me-- Yet such sentiments are so easily derailed with 1984-ish 'double speak', or so it seems... I just received a call to action (or to attention) and a call very related to a 100 mile challenge-- The only action i am able to afford is to pass on the info, so that at leasts a few more people can be alerted to powers which might defeat one's best intentions. (Intentions like choosing very local food sources).
